30L Milk Can Boiler.

Now available, is a smaller-size boiler. AVAILABLE NOW ARE THE 10L AND 20L BOILERS.
These are the best for experiments so you can scale up or just the home distiller making small amounts. There are also a lot of items to go with these boilers. They both have 2″ 64mm lid ferrules. This makes for loads of options.
This 30L is a lovely Still Boiler just the job for the scaled-up runs as a final test before the larger still or just small runs for self-consumption. Can be supplied with a very nice Glass Column. 30L Glass Column.
The tops of the boiler /milk can have 4 clips that hold down the 4″ ferrule top. The boiler top has two 2″ sight glasses and a half-inch BSP thermometer port.

Elements are not supplied as a matter of course as some folks like to run with gas.
Boilers that are supplied direct from the maker will have elements included unless you specify otherwise. When ordering a larger boiler please state single phase 230Volt or 3 phase 380Volt/440Volt as this will affect the controller1

This Still Boiler has a 4” Column Ferrule.

The idea of the two sight glasses is that one of them has a light fitting attached and the other one is used as the viewing port.
I find this an invaluable addition.
An ideal fitting for the lighting attachment is the round under kitchen cupboard light.
I also make a special Milk Can Still Boiler Light Fitting.
The heating elements are not included in the sale as some people prefer to use gas heating.
Elements available should you require them.
