Dephlegmator’s, Liebig’s, Bends, Tees, 180º Bends, Parrots, Gin Baskets, 3 Way 2 inch “U” Bend in Stainless Steel.
For all 2″ items, this actually means 64mm ferrule size.
I get very little call for any other size. I can get other sizes but I would have to order them in.
All of these items can be used with Stainless Steel Milk Can Boilers or any other boiler with 64mm ferrule.
Most of the above are also available in copper but again I would have to order them in. I also make some items in copper. (See Copper Section )
The Liebig Condenser has 5 x 12mm product tubes and a 2” tri-clamp ferrule jacket and is 450mm long.
I also have some 20cm long Liebig Condenser with 4 x 12mm product tubes with 2″ Tri Clamp end fittings. THESE CAN ALSO BE USED AS A SMALL DEPHLEGMATOR.
These can be clamped together to make any length of cooler you like.
The Dephlegmator is a 4” Tri-Clamp Ferrule Jacketed with 5 x 18mm cooling product tubes and is 200mm long. Again these can be made 300mm upwards.
Again these can be clamped together. That’s the beauty of tri-clamp modular fittings. All items + P&P.

Gin Basket. This is also supplied with a drain/sample tap. The basket itself is a 4″ Basket with a 64mm inlet and outlet. From the top of the Top Handle to the bottom of the Drain / Sample Tap is 46cm. Weight around 6Kg. Bends are available should you need them. This will depend on how you set the basket up. Supply can be in the top or in the bottom again depending on your preference and setup. £212.00
2″ Gin Basket with drain/sample tap. This is exactly the same as the 4″ Gin Basket except it is 2″ and does not have a sight glass. Price £116.00. Pictures in Stills & Boilers. The actual size of the basket is 18cm high and 4cm in diameter.

Spare Gin Basket Strainer / Botanical Basket. I have a couple of these in stock for the Gin Baskets without the strainer stop welded into the unit. These baskets have a lip at the top to hold them in place. They are 4″ x 22cm high and 9cm in diameter.
The basket with an internal stop is 20cm high and 9cm in diameter.

Elements are not supplied as a matter of course as some folks like to run with gas.
Boilers that are supplied direct from the maker will have elements included unless you specify otherwise. When ordering a larger boiler please state single phase 230Volt or 3 phase 380Volt/440Volt as this will affect the controller.
4″ reflux Column completer with everything needed to go into production. Special price as I have had a large shipment by sea £1025.00 includes basic water lines with water controller. All my boilers have two 2″ Sight Glasses fitted as standard.

If you have a low-level tri-clamp spur in your boiler with this adapter you can now use the 1” Heating Elements or fit anything with a 1” thread, plus a lot of other things via a reducer. £11.25 + P&P
Will also allow you to replace a 2″ x 3Kw tri-clamp element with a 1″ 2Kw, 3Kw, or 4Kw element.
These are very nice Polished Stainless Steel well-made units and are the 64mm that goes as 2″ Tri-Clamp fitting.
This adaptor will allow you to fit anything with a 1″ BSP or G thread

Blanking Plates
Tri-Clamp Stainless Steel Bank Plates. We have 2″ 2.5″ 3″ and 4″ blanks. These are very handy for all sorts of reasons. A very useful item if your column has a tri-clamp fitting at one end. If like me you use the copper mesh in your column to save taking it out clip a blank on the end and fill it with a Citric acid mix and leave for a day or so.
This will make the mesh as good as new and also clean the inside of your column. Citric acid is very good for cleaning all your copper parts. Just remember to do the anti-acid wash with Baking Powder afterwards. Banking Powered neutralizes the acid. Give it all a rinse and you are ready to go again.
