We are a supplier of Stills, Boilers, Milk Can boiler stills, Boiler with a single or double Jacket, Glass Still Column, Stainless Still Column, Copper Still Column the list goes on.

We can supply and deliver almost anywhere in the world. We prefer to use Air Shipping. Yes, this is a bit more expensive but the hassle is taken away. Sea shipping  ( CIF )  can be a perilous journey it is cheaper up to a point. It can also be a lot more expensive when you get into storage charges and container opening charges etc.

Containers

There are around 10.000 plus containers that go missing every year. They just fall into the sea.  Sploosh they are gone. Along with your money. Yes, you can always throw a bit more at and have insurance of varying degree.  Sea shipping is all paid upfront with not many comebacks. Plus you have to collect your item from the docks along with all that entails. i.e. customs and port pass etc. CIF Not recommended.

Shipping

Distilling UK can now offer you a  FOB sea shipping parcel where all you have to do is virtually nothing. Give us your address and postcode along with a telephone number and we will do the rest. If you require insurance then you will have to sort that for yourself. From the experience, we have had to date that has not been necessary. But there is always a but if the item goes missing or gets damaged then that is your responsibility.  The item will be delivered to your door via our agent. All customs and forms are sorted.

Airfreight is quick and reliable it is delivered to your door via FedEx you don’t have to go to the dock to collect it as with CIF and hope it is there. No struggling through security.

We deliver it to you.  Customs is sorted. From personal experience, the extra money is very well spent. Normally takes just over a week instead of about 6 weeks +.

Plus the still is ready to use straight out of the box.

One or two cleaning runs and you are making whatever it is you are into. Just be sure you have the appropriate license.

Note.
On 30th June 2007, the UK government made it legal for people to produce up to 2500 litres of Biofuel without the need to pay the duty or to hold a permit.

Orders.

If you have an idea of the build that you would like please get in touch. We will do our best to make it happen for you. Whatever it is you would like.

You can either pay the full amount upfront or a deposit. We do need an upfront payment to ensure you are serious about your order.

Orders are normally around 4 weeks to delivery depending on the factory workload and holidays. In busy times this can be extended by a couple of weeks. I can assure you, you will get your item we are not a fly by night organisation we are here for the long haul. We aim to give you 100% satisfaction. This includes the spare parts to keep you going should you have a problem with anything.

Your still or accessories will be delivered to your door. Shortly after the delivery, you will receive a bill from customs. This is due to VAT on imported goods.

This will be based on the base cost of your still or equipment. Normally this is not a huge amount just a nuisance charge. If you are VAT registered you will claim it back. This invoice is made out by FedEx on behalf of the Inland Revenue. It can be paid via BACs or cheque or a phone call and card.  If you have an online bank account it takes about 1 minute.

Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation.

Full payment will incur a 2.5% deduction after a 14 day period on the cancellation of that order.  Once the build has been agreed and a deposit has been paid off 35% you can still cancel within a 14 day period with the proviso that after that time period 25% of the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel.  This is due to time being spent on the order and inconvenience for the manufacturer that has now got to find a buyer for your cancelled order.  Your order is an agreement with these terms and conditions.
