I run this website as a hobby not a business and I do not have an auto-response for answering purchases.

Items purchased on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday are mostly always posted or collected by a carrier on Monday. Large items may take another day to get collected.  I NEVER EVER USE HERMES. 

IMPORTANT.  SOMETIMES THINGS DO NOT GO TO PLAN. Should you be unlucky and not receive your parcel/s on the date expected you must allow 8 working days after the expected date of arrival for the parcel/s to be delivered. Secondly please inform me three (3) days after the expected due date so I can contact the company involved.  I will not resend any item until the parcel/s have been declared lost/damaged and the claim has been settled. 

You can expect to get your item within the following week.

All items purchased are packed and sent out soon as is possible. This may not be as soon as some people may like. This is due to this evil Covid Virus. This virus is going to be a part of our lives for the foreseeable future. The more we protect ourselves will help to protect others.

I rely on my son to do the posting. He tries to post my items Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This is not always possible due to varying circumstances and items may not go to post until the next posting day.

Sorry if this is inconvenient but this is how it is until such times as things improve.

My wife and I both have serious breathing problems amongst other health issues. Neither of us goes out unless it is for medical reasons.

I have now decided with regret that I will no longer do International Postage. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland now fall foul of the new VAT rules. I am not registered for VAT so that will cause more difficulties. But there is always a but. I can and have posted to Ireland with the Royal Mail. Items up to and including 2Kg are not a problem. Single items are OK as the customs form is simple.

Multi items are a complete nightmare and I will not do them. This is a hobby, not a  business.

Continental Europe and beyond sorry, but no longer available.

This is due to people messing me about asking me to pack items, they agree to this and then say sorry changed my mind plus the fact that things go walkies.

Any future orders and payments will be refunded.

Large items I normally send with Parcel Force or DPD. Smaller items are sent with RoyalMail. Once your order is packed & weighed I will send you an email with the offer of insurance. It is strongly advised that you take up this offer and pay the insurance. This is not mandatory but it will negate any claim for loss or damage if you do not.  Post and any insurance are always at the cost I make nothing on these items in fact I often lose money. 

If you do not receive your item within ten days please contact me. If the item is damaged contact me immediately and include photos of the item along with photos of the packaging.
