What you need to know. A Reducing Coupler is a Coupler it joins, it goes over the tube. A Reducing Fitting as the name suggests goes inside another fitting. i.e. It fits inside a Tee, an Elbow or a Bend or Coupler. The small end is what you have reduced down to. Example if you wish to go from 54mm to 22mm and you want to do that from an elbow you need a 54mm x 22mm reducing fitting.
Most if not all of these fittings are a bit over size so I supply a piece of copper strip to wrap around the pipe. It works very well. Just flux everything up as normal and away you go.

Unique Reducer
This is a 3 in one copper fitting reducer. Large end is 54mm the small end is 15mm OD and 10mm ID. Ideal for the Liebig end connection. You can come direct from 54mm to 15mm or 10mm without additional fittings. This is basically a Fitting Reducer it fits into another 54mm fitting not over the tube.
Due to the size it will be a small parcel when it comes to posting.

All copper fitting adaptor is a must for joining threaded items to your 15mm copper tube. End feed solder to thread. Copper Fitting adaptors can be use for all sorts of things. i.e. the straight 1/2″ / 15mm compression fitting will thread straight into it. A 1/2 BSP push fit water connection will thread straight into it along with numerous other items. £2.25 + P&P

Copper Ferrules are the best thing since sliced bread. These copper ferrules are a pleasure to use. They knock spots off the Stainless Steel ones. If you change your mind you can simple unsolder it and fit it somewhere else. All this for only £14.35 + p&p. Please note that the 3″ Copper Ferrule is the same size as the 3″ / 76mm Copper Pipe. I can turn it down to fit inside to pipe if required. All items + P&P

Copper Brass Pot Lid Union
Copper Brass Unions.
Copper Brass Unions are a very good method of connecting your still to a pot. I have four sizes from 1/2″ up to 2″ 15mm up to 54mm pipe size. They comprise of a brass threaded male and female, the male part will fit into a hole of the given size with a retaining nut. The female part also has a male external thread with the nut that accepts the hard silicone washer and the copper part that is soldered to your pipe. This allows you to take it apart without removing it form the pot lid or whatever it is connect to.
Apart from the fact that they make an excellent connection for your pot they also make a very good connector for your Liebig or other means of cooling. All in all a very useful item. The nut is not supplied automatically as not everyone requires it.

Keg Adapters
54mm Keg Top Adapter. There are two basic types. One has a copper coupler with copper ferrule so that you can just drop your tube in and use a rubber seal or solder. The second is a straight piece of 54mm copper tube that you can then solder coupler or other fitting to I can make these in what ever length you would like up to and including 50cm. Over 50cm the postage gets a little silly.

Hillbilly Copper Sieve Plates & Stacks
Hillbilly Copper Fluet Sieve Plates & Stacks The Stack Column is made up of 4 plates with a centre rod and the downcomer which is approximately 100mm in length. This does not include the copper tube that is for you to decide the length etc.
Drilled Copper Sieve Stack Plates Ready for Downcomer and Stack Rod. The plates are Laser cut and holed. You can have the plates as is or with the 4-section stack. This can be increased to whatever size/height you want. Please bear in mind the plate will not fit through a ferrule if they did the system would not work. There may be some very small tags on the plate that will need to be filed off for a perfect fit. Also, this can be fitted into a copper tube and then the ferrules fitted. Cleaning can be done with the aid of a blank plate on one end and filling the tube with a Citric Acid mix. Come up like new.

Discs. Plain & Perforated Discs.
Plain discs are the same size as the Perforated Discs. With the plain discs you can make your own design. i.e. hole size for the sieve, centre hole size, down comer hole size. All discs are 1mm thickness. With the Plane Discs over 52mm you can fit drill and fit a bubble cap with a small downcomer. The 52mm ones are not really suited as they are not large enough for a cap and a downcomer. The new 2″ bubble discs have a different design to the original perforated ones. The new disc just has one hole as the downcomer in a plain disc.
I also have a few 2″ Perforated discs. These are 52mm ø x 1.5mm holes size. £7.50
The plates are about 1mm larger than the internal pipe size this is to allow for anomalies in pipe size. Sizes are 52mm, 65mm, 74mm, 105mm. All are 1mm thick.

Copper Rivets

Copper Rivets are the ideal way to attach the Lid Clips to your pot. They form a good waterproof seal whilst holding the spring lid clip in position.
