Terms and Conditions.

We do not and will not accept any responsibility for damage or injury to a person or structure from the misuse or unauthorised use of distilling equipment. This equipment must be used and operated by a skilled person and or persons with a piece of knowledge and understand in the use of Distilling and not limited to Distilling Equipment. A Licensed Premisses and or Person (s) is advised in the use of and operation of this equipment.

Guarantee.

We the seller Guarantee that we will replace or repair or pay for a local repair at our discretion for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase of any defects to Welding or Stainless Steel or Copper Seams. This guarantee does not cover consumables i.e. Gaskets, Water Hoses and fittings, Clamps, Glasses etc. or misuse in any way.

In making a purchase of any of our products or equipment you take on the responsibility for your actions and exempt us the seller of any and all responsibilities. By the fact, you have made a purchase you agree to these terms and conditions and absolve us the seller of all and any of the above responsibilities in making your purchase.

Other conditions.

We the seller cannot and will not be held responsible for delays at Customs or Confiscation of items by Customs. Should an item be confiscated then it is at your loss. We do our best to ensure everything is correct and packed in the best possible way.

Damage.

Damage in transit. Again we cannot and will not be held responsible. If you ask for additional insurance and pay for additional insurance then that will be a matter for you and an insurance company. We do not auto-add insurance as the costs escalate to silly levels.

Sea and Air Shipping only. We find it better to take a chance that the items will arrive in good condition as do 99% of all items. Internal shipping attracts far more damage for some strange. Therefore insurance is very strongly recommended.

Customs. This is out of our control. By making a purchase you fully accept these conditions.

We the seller only refers to and includes Distilling Dominoes, Distilling UK and no other.
